You need to be out in front with the new FHA Guidelines

New FHA Guidelines have made it more affordable to purchase a new Home. What does that mean to Mortgage Companies? It means there will be new buyers and it means more competition among originators. Mortgage marketers succeed by using creative mortgage prospecting to develop interest and generate new customers.

How you market and generate leads is the question.

Telemarketing is still an effective tool but the numbers are limited due to the Do Not Call List. Internet Leads are costly and the closing rates are going down due to quality of the leads and amount of people they’re being providing to. A recent article from NationalMortgageProfessional.com made a great point: “Even if you are paying for premium leads, there’s a good chance they are being generated or sold by a company that’s also a licensed originator. How good are the leads that you throw in the trash?”
