Dale Filhaber, aka Data Dale, is President and Listologist Supreme of Dataman Group Direct.

Dataman Group was founded in 1981. The company has provided thousands of clients across the country with accurate, high quality direct mail & telemarketing lists.

Dale is well known as Data Dale. She is a certified Listologist, one of the few in the industry today, and a Direct Marketing Commentator. Data Dale is a frequent author and blogger for many groups and magazines. The list includes  Water Technology online, the ICCFA, the FDMA, the PCC and the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce.

She is the author of the very popular “Ask DataDale” blog on marketing.  One of her columns, Pure Water Profits has become a staple “Go-To” on marketing in the Water Quality Industry.

Data Dale has also published five books on Lead Generation. They include “Lead Generation Made Easier“and several editions of  Lead Generation for Water Quality Dealers. Her most recent book, Artificial Intelligence for Water Quality Dealers was published this year. 

Data Dale is Past-President of the Florida Chapter of the Direct Marketing Association. She has been active in the Direct Marketing Industry in South Florida for many years. Dale has served as a member of the Florida Direct Marketing Association Board of Directors for over 25 years. She is a recipient of the FDMA Hall of Fame Award for her contribution in the Direct Marketing Industry.

In the past years, Dale was awarded the Golden Mouse Award in Direct Marketing from Women in Ecommerce. She was also named one of the 100 Outstanding Women of Broward County by the Boys & Girls Clubs.

In 1989, Dale received an Up & Comers Award in Entrepreneurship from Price Waterhouse and the South Florida Business Journal. Boy, has she certainly come up!

Community Activist and Philanthropist

In addition to her duties at Dataman Group, Dale is active in the local community. She serves on the Boards of Directors of several non-profits. They include the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County and the Adolph & Rose Levis Jewish Community Center. She was President of the Adolph & Rose Levis Jewish Community Center in Boca Raton.  President of the Professional Jewish Business Network.  Dale also chaired the JCC Maccabi Games. This brought 1,500 teens together for a week of athletic competition, leadership and community service activities.

Dale has been awarded many honors for her community work. Including the prestigious Crystal HaNadiv Award from the JCC and the Dorothy Seamens Leadership Award from the Jewish Federation. She recently returned from a solidarity Mission to Israel where she met with survivors of the Nova Massacre, injured soldiers and parents of hostages,

DataDale speaks for many organizations. The list includes the Water Quality Association  and the International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Directors Association. She has also lectured for the ITI Study Group for Dental Practitioners, National Funeral Directors Association, as well as local conferences. You can download some of her presentations.

“I just love talking about marketing. I enjoy using all my tools to create a marketing list that sings and tap dances. There are new innovations and new technology always popping up. So many ways to create an awesome multi-channel campaign. And, nowadays, it’s all about going multi-channel”.

DataDale has spoken for the national DMA Student Program, the FDMA, and the PRSA (Public Relations Society). She is a frequent guest at the Postal Customer Council (PCC).  She has also spoken for the Chamber of Commerce, the Small Business Administration and FANO (Florida Association of Non-Profits Organizations).

DataDale also lectures on request for some of the local colleges and schools about direct marketing.

In addition to her books of Lead Generation, DataDale frequently publishes articles on Marketing. There are lots of publications that consistently publish her articles. In the Water Treatment industry, they include Water Conditioning  & Purification Magazine, Water Quality Products. In the Death Care industry, ICCFA Magazine, FCCFA Magazine, and Southern Funeral. Additionally, Data Dale also publishes on Linked In.
