Mortgage Trigger Data

This data is triggered by an application to a mortgage lender.

We offer brand new data every day, for mortgages that were applied for the prior day.

Typically, mortgage lenders want the most recent data, but since it can take up to 30 days to finalize a loan, there is no problem pulling the last few weeks worth of trigger data in their area, starting with yesterday’s applications. We maintain the past 31 days of Trigger Data in the file.

The data generally comes into us at 8am, at which time it is sent out for DNC scrubbing. That process takes 5 hours to complete.

The telephone #s are those that were listed on the mortgage application.

Phone #s are not guaranteed - estimate a 15% disconnect rate
