  • Borrower Details: Business name, address, contact name / title, SIC code / business description, telephone # if requested
  • Lender – Complete details on secured party offering the loan
  • Assets – Type of collateral promised by the borrower

You can select by the following elements:

  • UCC loan date
  • Type of Collateral  (listed above)
  • You can select/omit by bank/financial institution
  • One UCC per business or all UCC records per business

How Lenders Use UCC Lists

Lenders competing for borrowers might use this UCC List as a marketing tool. Because UCC filings are public records, lenders can use these records to find new customers. Some reach out to businesses that are already familiar with their lending products to pitch them financing offers. Others looks for competing institutions.
