How Lenders Use UCC Lists

Lenders competing for borrowers might use this UCC List as a marketing tool. Because UCC filings are public records, lenders can use these records to find new customers. Some reach out to businesses that are already familiar with their lending products to pitch them financing offers. Others looks for competing institutions.
