There is no question that New Homeowners leads are the backbone for every water quality dealer’s marketing toolbox. The Dataman Group New Homeowner list will give your Dealership the edge.

Be sure to look at the 2019 WQA Consumer Opinion Study. Two-thirds (63%) of Americans purchased some sort of water treatment system when they moved into their current home. Most New Homeowners will buy a system in their first year. New Homeowners are great leads for water quality dealers.

Every New Homeowner name is important. Marketers can’t afford to not reach out to them.

Dataman Group’s New Homeowners List Lets Your Reach Home Owners When They Need to Buy!

Bad tasting water is a common complaint of the majority of people who move into a new home.  People who move from a city often find well water difficult to enjoy. County-to-city transplants compare municipal water with drinking out of a bleach bottle. The point is that regardless of actual contaminants present, people feel a strong allegiance to the water they grew up with. At least until they taste the quality drinking water that your Water Quality Dealers can provide.

New Homeowners are also making their new house a Home. They are customizing and making themselves comfortable. A Water Filtration system or Water Conditioner is an investment in their new home.

Deed-Sourced Data

Our New Homeowner data is deed-sourced and compiled on a weekly basis from warranty title deeds filed at the County Courthouse. You can select your New Homeowner leads for Water dealers by type of dwelling, purchase price of the home and construction type.  New Homeowner Information is not available in KS, WV, and MT.

Scrubbed telephone numbers are available for approximately 10% of the New Homeowner database. Our telephone #s are derived through Directory Assistance.

On-Going Hotline Lists

You can sign up for an on-going, non-duplicating New Homeowner program. Or, you can order a “backlist”- selecting New Homeowners in your market area by date. For example, many customers select the past 12 months of New Homeowners in their areas. Then, they continue with our on-going New Homeowner service.

You can choose to receive your new homeowner lead lists on either a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the counts in your area. On our Weekly new homeowners service, the names average 21 days after deed filing. On our Monthly service, the new homeowner names average 45-60 days after deed filing. Just think of these new homeowner leads for water quality dealers as the low-hanging fruit in your lead generation basket!
