On our Weekly new homeowners service, the names average 21 days after deed filing. On our Monthly service, the new homeowner names average 45-60 days after deed filing. You can opt to receive your new homeowner mailing lists on either a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the counts in your area. New Homeowner Information is not available in KS, WV, and MT.
