Enhanced Renter Lists
Dataman Group's Enhanced Renters List allows you to select Renters by location, ME Score, age, income, dwelling type, & marital status.
A note about the ME Score.
Using the Median Equivalency Score separates the Dataman Group Enhanced Renter List from all the other renter lists in the marketplace. We use Experian‘s Credit information on a zip+4 level to predict the likely consumer credit activity in a neighborhood, enabling us to target the best rental neighborhoods for a particular offer.
The cost to add the ME Score is an additional 5 cents each record.
First Time Home Buyers
This brand new options allows banks, mortgage companies, home builders & developers to target First Time Home Buyers. Our unique new model uses age, income, dwelling unit size, summarized credit statistics, length of residence, marital status and ethnicity to help pinpoint those Renters that are the best bet for a First Time Home Purchase
- In 2012, first-time buyers comprised 39% of the market
- 28-32 year olds are 1.8 times more likely to become a first-time home buyer when looking at people living in multiple family dwelling units.
- With interest rates at an all-time low, the option to buy, rather than rent becomes even more attractive.
