Getting the drop on water safety

July 26th, 2017 by

The front page of our local Newspaper, the Sun Sentinel, had an article titled “Getting the drop on water safety” detailing the dangers and contaminants of our local drinking water. The article provided a website in order to enter your zip code and see what specific contaminants are found in the local water. It also made a clear statement to readers “The simplest and most immediate action is to install a water filter, which will reduce the concentration of many contaminants”.

First and foremost, we all want clean drinking water and the health of everyone drinking the water. But as a Water Purification Company, can you imagine the possibilities?

My first thought would be to find which contaminants the website is listing in your zip codes and then create a postcard or mailer detailing how your system can treat and prevent these chemicals. You don’t need to use scare tactics; listing the benefits of your system and how it will help clean and purify the water will do the trick.

This is why lead generation is a process, you likely didn’t sell everyone who received an in-home presentation or expressed interest at one point, but have you been keeping in touch? Do you have a monthly email or have you connected with them via your business social media pages? These types of articles are helping by driving curiosity and most importantly a need for your Water Softeners, the rest is up to you! And, I also like the expression “Getting the drop on water safety”. It’s a catchy blog title.
